MRI of nasopharynx and skull base to clavicles

CT if indicated

PET/CT if stage III or IV

Post treatment baseline repeat of CT or MRI of affected area and neck

Chest CT only if indicated by clinical condition or CXR

Further follow up imaging if clinically indicated, no routine recommendation
