CT of chest

CT (with contrast) or MRI (with contrast) of affected area and Neck

PET for stage III or IV disease

PET, or MRI or CT if PET is not feasible

Post treatment baseline repeat of CT or MRI of affected area and neck

Chest CT only if indicated by clinical condition or CXR

Further follow up imaging if clinically indicated, no routine recommendation
