NOTE: Occult Primary, this category applies to PROVEN malignancies without a confirmed primary site. This is NOT the routine to be followed in a search for an Occult Malignancy, i.e. in which a malignancy is highly suspected based on clinical findings, but has not been detected by testing or biopsy.
