Initial work up

Brain MRI

CT chest and abdomen

MRI spine

PET

Response assessment

CT chest and abdomen (contrast preferred)

CT or MRI of the head

PET if previously positive

Surveillance

CT chest every 4 – 6 months for two years, then annually

MRI of any bones abnormal on other imaging
