Hepatocellular

Initial Workup

• CT or MRI of the abdomen
• CT chest
• Bone scan if indicated

After Resection, Transplant. or Ablation.

AFP normal

• CT or MRI abdomen every 3 months for 2 years
• then annually

AFP elevated

• every 3 months for 2 years, then every 6 months
