Hodgkin / Lymphoma

Initial Workup

• CT Neck, Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis OR PET/CT
• MUGA scan

Restage with PET after treatment

• Repeat Restaging after subsequent course(s) of treatment if necessary

Surveilance and monitoring after treatent, Hidgkins

• CT Neck, Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis every 6 months for 5 years

PET: because of the potential for false positives these requests should go to Physician Review
