Laryngeal Cancer

Initial Work Up

• Contrast CT through larynx
• MRI of primary and neck
• CT of chest
• PET/CT if Stage III or IV

Post chemo- and/or radiation therapy, evaluation before surgery

• PET, or MRI or CT if PET is not feasible

Follow Up

• Post treatment baseline repeat of CT or MRI of affected area and neck
• Chest CT only if indicated by clinical condition or CXR
• Further follow up imaging if clinically indicated, no routine recommendation
