Initial Work Up After biopsy

Stage 0, I, II

• Routine imaging is not recommended. Imaging only to evaluate specific signs or symptoms

Stage III, IV patients

• Baseline PET, or CT or MRI of Chest, Abdomen, and Pelvis

Follow Up

• Stage 0, IA and IB No routine imaging recommended, approve for appropriate signs and symptoms

Stage IIB and higher CT

• PET, or CT or MRI of Chest, Abdomen, and Pelvis every six months, MRI of Brain annually, all for 5 years

After Recurrence or Metastasis

• PET, CT or MRI
