Nasopharynx Cancers

Initial Work Up

• MRI of nasopharynx and skull base to clavicles
• CT if indicated
• PET/CT if stage III or IV

Follow Up

• Post treatment baseline repeat of CT or MRI of affected area and neck
• Chest CT only if indicated by clinical condition or CXR
• Further follow up imaging if clinically indicated, no routine recommendation
