Initial Work Up

• CT of chest
• CT or MRI of affected area and neck
• PET/CT for advanced (star III or IV) disease

Follow Up

• Chest CT only if indicated by clinical condition or CXR
• Post treatment baseline repeat of CT or MRI of affected area and neck
