Skip to main content Initial Workup
- In all cases Pelvic CT or MRI (preferred)
- Gleason score is greater than 7
- serum PSA is greater than 20 ng/mL
- stage is greater than T2, or
- when symptoms suggest metastasis
Post Radical Prostatectomy or Radiation Therapy Recurrence
PSA detectable or rising
- Bone scan and MRI of Abdomen and Pelvis
