• CT Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis
• Endorectal or Pelvic MRI
• PET is NOT routinely indicated

CEA Rising

• CT Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis
• PET if CT negative

Surveillance No Metastatic Disease known

• CT Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis yearly for three years
• PET is NOT routinely recommended

Known Metastatic disease

• PET only if resection is considered.
