Small Cell Lung Cancer SCLC
Initial work up
- Brain MRI
- CT chest and abdomen
- MRI spine
- PET
Response assessment
- CT chest and abdomen (contrast preferred)
- CT or MRI of the head
- PET if previously positive
Surveillance
- CT chest every 4 – 6 months for two years, then annually
- MRI of any bones abnormal on other imaging
